RIPN是Russian Institute for Public Networks的英文縮寫。
其中文意思是：俄羅斯公共網絡協會。
而RIPN帳號所指的就是通過RIPN申請、並且得到RIPN審核通過的合法用戶帳號。

2.為什麼我們要申請RIPN帳號？
當然，沒有人規定上網必須申請RIPN帳號。
但是如果你需要一個穩定的、與.com等後綴沒有區別的免費國際域名的話，
申請RIPN帳號不失為一個不錯的選擇。 因為一旦擁有RIPN帳號，
就可以隨意註冊以.net.ru/.org.ru結尾的頂級國際域名（與..net.tw/.org.tw同級）。
其與.net等後綴的域名的唯一區別就是不用錢。

3.要註冊.ru域名一定要申請RIPN嗎？
就目前來說，似乎沒有比申請RIPN帳號更好的方法來註冊.ru免費域名。
雖然RIPN帳號申請比較困難，但是一旦申請成功，
在此RIPN帳號下幾乎可以註冊無限多個.ru域名
（但是若是申請.ru過多而不用，可能俄國會管制一下唷!）

當然，註冊RIPN帳號是完全免費的。
而且全球任何國家的人都可以註冊RIPN帳號。

不一定！
只有.net.ru/.org.ru/.pp.ru
通過RIPN帳號註冊.ru域名，不管註冊多少都是免費的。

6.申請RIPN帳號有什麼需要注意的嗎？
申請RIPN帳號需要注意的還是比較多的。
在這裡也不一一介紹了，大家如果需要可以看看申請攻略。
在這裡我只提醒大家一點至關重要的，在申請RIPN帳號時，不管是註冊組織帳號還是個人帳號，
所填寫的信息一定要盡可能的真實，盡量用真實的資料申請。
只有這樣，通過的幾率才會大，才不至於枉費大家填那麼久申請表啊。

7.申請.ru域名有什麼需要注意的嗎？
申請.ru域名時倒沒什麼需要特別注意的。
但是有比較重要的一點大家要記住，在申請域名填寫DNS服務器時千萬不可以隨便填寫，
更不能亂填。一定要注意填寫的DNS是已經可以正常解析此域名的DNS。
不然，RIPN是會扣留你申請的域名的，等到DNS可以正常解析之後才會正式開通。
